Our service department is the backbone of our business, supported by over 40 fully trained refrigeration service engineers strategically located throughout the region. All engineers are fully qualified and certified in the safe handling of refrigerants, ensuring every installation, repair, and maintenance visit is carried out safely and to the highest standard.

We provide expert commercial refrigeration maintenance and repair services across a wide range of sectors, including supermarkets, butchers, hospitality, healthcare, and specialist applications such as mortuary refrigeration and water coolers. Whatever your system, our experienced engineers have the knowledge to keep your equipment running efficiently.

At Bartlett, we understand how critical reliable cooling systems are to your business. That’s why our maintenance contracts are designed to minimise downtime and maximise performance, offering a fast response service with a 24-hour, 365-day emergency call-out for complete peace of mind.

Service Contracts

At Bartlett, all service contracts are tailored to meet the individual needs of each customer. However, we also offer two standard maintenance contract options designed to provide flexibility and peace of mind.

Silver Contract

Our Silver Service Contract includes two full planned maintenance visits per year (at six-monthly intervals) for all covered equipment.

In addition, labour charges for any breakdown call-outs are offered at a preferential reduced rate. Please note that replacement parts are chargeable.

Gold Contract

Our Gold Service Contract includes all the benefits of the Silver package, with the added advantage that all labour costs for breakdown call-outs are fully included.

As with the Silver Contract, any replacement parts required are chargeable.

Bespoke Contracts

If your business requires a more tailored solution, our service team will be happy to design a bespoke maintenance contract to suit your specific requirements.
