Refrigeration Service Contracts

All Bartlett refrigeration maintenance contracts are tailored to suit the individual requirements of each customer. We also offer two popular standard contract options designed to provide flexibility, reliability, and complete peace of mind.

Silver Service Contract

Our Silver Service Contract includes:

  • One, two or four planned preventative maintenance visits per year.
  • Preferential reduced labour rates for breakdown call-outs
  • Full inspection and servicing of covered refrigeration equipment

Please note that replacement parts are chargeable.

Gold Service Contract

Our Gold Service Contract includes all the benefits of the Silver package, plus:

  • All labour costs for refrigeration breakdown call-outs fully included
  • Priority response for emergency service visits
  • Reduced business downtime and improved operational reliability

Replacement parts remain chargeable.
