Air Conditioning & Heat Pump Service Contracts

All Bartlett maintenance contracts are tailored to meet the individual requirements of each customer. We also offer two standard contract options designed to provide flexibility, reliability, and complete peace of mind.

Silver Service Contract

Our Silver Service Contract includes:

  • One, two or four planned preventative maintenance visits per year.
  • Preferential reduced labour rates for breakdown call-outs
  • Full inspection and servicing of covered equipment
  • Priority response for emergency service visits
  • Reduced downtime and improved system relaiability

Please note that replacement parts are chargeable.

Gold Service Contract

Our Gold Service Contract includes all the benefits of the Silver package, plus:

  • All labour costs for breakdown call-outs fully included

Replacement parts remain chargeable.

Bespoke Maintenance Contracts
