Bartlett was appointed to design and install a high-performance commercial heating and cooling system for a prestigious car showroom, delivering an energy-efficient HVAC solution tailored to the unique architectural and aesthetic requirements of the building.

Due to the showroom’s high ceilings and premium interior design, Bartlett specified and installed advanced ducted air conditioning systems from Hitachi, carefully engineered to provide low-level air discharge for consistent temperature control and enhanced occupant comfort throughout the space.

Particular attention was given to the visual integration of the HVAC installation within the showroom environment. All air distribution grilles were colour matched to the ceiling finish, ensuring the systems blended seamlessly with the interior architecture while complementing the overall showroom design and maintaining the clean, high-end appearance expected within a luxury automotive retail environment.

To maximise operational performance and energy efficiency, Bartlett installed IVX inverter-driven condensing units, providing reliable heating and cooling with reduced energy consumption and lower running costs. The complete commercial air conditioning system was also fitted with intelligent controls, including a 7-day programmable time clock and integrated frost protection, allowing for efficient temperature management and year-round system protection.

The finished installation delivered a discreet, energy-efficient and fully controllable commercial HVAC solution, ideally suited to the demands of a modern vehicle showroom environment.
