As part of the hotel’s extensive refurbishment programme, Bartlett was appointed to design, supply and install a complete commercial catering kitchen solution for the newly upgraded facilities. Working closely with the hotel’s catering team, main contractors and on-site trades, we developed a fully tailored kitchen layout designed to support high-volume hospitality operations while maximising efficiency, performance and long-term reliability.
Our scope of works included the full commercial kitchen ventilation installation, incorporating advanced demand-based ventilation control systems, air handling units and bespoke ductwork. This intelligent system automatically adjusts air volume exchange based on kitchen activity, helping the hotel significantly reduce energy consumption and improve operational efficiency.
Bartlett also supplied and installed bespoke cold rooms and freezer rooms complete with remote refrigeration systems, alongside hygienic Whiterock wall cladding and durable Altro non-slip safety flooring throughout all catering preparation and service areas.
Despite an extremely demanding programme schedule, our experienced turnkey project management team coordinated seamlessly with contractors and specialist trades to ensure all works were delivered safely, efficiently and on time.
