Being one of the premier catering equipment suppliers and installers in the South of the UK and having previously worked for Harbour Hotels, Bartlett were the obvious choice when Harbour hotels started work on their new Brighton hotel, Bartlett were employed to develop initial catering layouts into full workable kitchen and servery designs, working in conjunction with the clients consultants and main building contractors Bartlett excelled, working within a very testing structure and with a very tight timescale Bartlett as always delivered.
