Having delivered service works for the R D & E Hospital over many years, we were the trusted partner selected to lead the replacement of their ageing catering facilities. Collaborating closely with the hospital’s catering team, we designed an efficient, modern servery layout tailored to their operational needs, while ensuring the project remained within budget.

To minimise disruption to daily operations, we developed a phased installation program that allowed works to be carried out overnight. This approach ensured the restaurant remained fully operational during the day, maintaining uninterrupted service for staff and visitors throughout the project.
