Catering Equipment - Commercial - Servery counter

As part of the multi million pound re-development of the United Kingdom Hydrographic office in Taunton,  Bartlett worked with the design team at BAM construction to design the new catering facilities, incorporating production kitchen and restaurant servery for the project.

Catering for a total staff of 900 Bartlett designed, supplied and installed an extremely efficient kitchen, incorporating the latest energy efficient equipment from manufacturers such as Rational, Falcon, Hobart and Bravilor, with all heavy duty fabrication being supplied by Moffat.

Bartlett also designed and supplied the bespoke Corian topped servery counter, advising on  positioning as well as the best use of space to enable client flow into and out of the restaurant area.
