The Quantock Restaurant, located at the Bridgwater & Taunton's College's Taunton campus, is the ideal venue for celebratory lunches and special occasions. The Quantock Restaurant is run by the college's Hospitality and Catering students - working towards various levels of qualifications.
As part of the £1 million facilities update, Bartlett were successful in tendering for the complete refurbishment of the kitchen serving the Quantock Restaurant at Bridgwater & Taunton college, the center piece of which is a bespoke one piece cook suite built by control induction, weighing over a ton the delivery and positioning took a great deal of coordination and planning to ensure it fitted as expected.
Now installed and officially opened by Mary Berry the kitchen allows the college students to gain experience of working in a full commercial catering environment with all the latest equipment and technology available.
