Bartlett were approached to design, install and commission a heating, cooling and ventilation system for a Penthouse flat. Due to the nature, aesthetics and acoustics required for this luxurious property, we designed a heat recovery system using a Daikin VRV IV condensing unit, connected to FXDQ slim line concealed ducted units. Each unit in turn was installed via a plenum box to a linear grille giving the aesthetics required and the acoustics were kept to a very low level around 25 dBA.  Fresh air is also controlled through a Daikin heat recovery VAM unit.  All grilles were bespoke and designed around the fit-out and high end quality of the rooms.  A web based interface was connected, allowing the customer to have full control of the system wherever they may be in the world, at any time!
