AC & Heat Pumps - Offices - Ventilation

Bartlett were appointed to find means of energy saving within their 999 Call Hub regarding their air conditioning, heating and ventilation.  By carrying out a full comprehensive survey it came to light that there were very high levels of ventilation constantly being used when not required.  Bartlett designed and installed CO2 monitoring within the Hub; this controls the  volume of fresh air and extraction.  Following the installation, the Trust noticed excellent energy savings, and also that there are less maintenance visits for replacement filters and cleaning.
