Our company has been built on the strength of our service department, now employing some 50 service engineers strategically placed throughout the UK. All engineers are fully time served and all catering engineers are Gas safe registered.
Our experience in the field of catering equipment service and maintenance is very broad and encompasses every sector, from Hospitals to schools and hotels to cafes.
Bartlett’s recognise the critical importance of maintaining excellent working order at all times. In the event of equipment failure, our service department guarantee a swift response, including a full 24 hour, 365 days per year emergency service.
Whilst all service contracts are tailored to individual customer requirements, we offer two standard contracts:
Under a silver contract we fully service all equipment covered twice per annum (at six monthly intervals). All labour costs on any breakdown call-outs are then at a preferential rate. Any parts would be chargeable.
Our gold contract has all the benefits of the silver contract with the addition of all labour charges included on any breakdown call-outs. Any parts would remain chargeable.
