University Technical Colleges (UTCs) are a brand new way of learning for 14-18 year-olds and more than 60 are now open or being prepared across the country. Practical skills are learned alongside academic subjects, working regularly with employers and experts from a university to develop employability skills.
During the build phase Bartlett were approached to develop a design for a full regeneration kitchen and servery for the new UTC. Working in conjunction with the main contractors, consultants and mechanical & electrical contractors, Bartlett produced a design that not only met the end users brief, but was within budget and fitted in within the constraints of the building.

Overall Bartlett contract value was £26,000-00
