We pride ourselves in installing, servicing and maintaining the equipment for the complete life cycle of the systems, building a very great rapport with our customers. Whether it is a large chiller, a close controlled system or a single split system we have the expertise, knowledge and understanding to provide an unrivalled service and maintenance cover. All of our engineers are highly experienced with level NVQ 2 and 3 in refrigeration and air conditioning. All of our engineers hold the industry relevant & vital, refrigeration & air-conditioning F-Gas qualifications, and the majority are also additionally electrically qualified.
We work closely with the leading manufacturers to ensure our customers have the best equipment, knowledge and understanding. All our contracts come with a 24 hours, 7 days a week Call-out Service, where we completely appreciate how important certain aspects of cooling are.
Our company has been built on the strength of our service department, now employing some 50 service engineers strategically placed throughout the UK. All engineers are fully time served and all certified in the safe handling of refrigerants.
Our experience in the field of air-conditioning maintenance is very broad and encompasses every sector, from large office blocks to factories, gyms and leisure centres right down to domestic installations.
Bartlett recognise the critical importance of maintaining excellent working order at all times. In the event of a system failure, our maintenance contract can guarantee a swift response, including a full 24 hour, 365 days per year emergency service.
Whilst all service contracts are tailored to individual customer requirements, we offer two standard contracts;
Under a silver contract we fully service all equipment covered twice per annum (at six monthly intervals) this includes full filter cleans and covers our customer under the F gas regulations. All labour costs on any breakdown call-outs are then at a preferential rate. Any parts would be chargeable.
Our gold contract has all the benefits of the silver contract with the addition of all labour charges included on any breakdown call-outs. Any parts would remain chargeable.
